  2. Primero. Administrativo de Buenaventura, para que ejerciendo sus competencias constitucionales y legales, resuelva la accion de tutela de Janer Portocarrero Enriquez contra la Direccion Nacional de Estupefacientes.
  3. Segundo. COMUNICAR, por medio de Secretaria General, el presente auto a la Sala Civil-Familia del Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial de Buga, con el fin de que tenga conocimiento sobre lo aqui resuelto por la Corte Constitucional. Para el efecto se remitira copia de la presente providencia.
